If you’ve already got a 70, it might make it slightly faster, but since you should know where pretty much everything is already I doubt you’ll need it.

Joana’s leveling guide will help you level like 50x faster, trust me I used it, and if you follow it exactly, you’ll be in Outlands in no time.
It’s the best guide out there, Joana has won a lot of leveling tournaments in WoW.

Spending your money on those guides are pointless. It is a complete waste. They are usually written by people’s own experiences with leveling, which isn’t always the best.
