Once you transfer to an rp server from a pvp on world of warcraft, there is absolutly no way to go back?

Actually just yesterday Blizzard announced PvE -> PvP transfers If you just moved you’ll have to wait about a month before you can move again.

So far , there’s no way to transfer from an RP to a PVP server. Perhaps you have to wait for a time being before blizzard decides to allow that to happen. But you need to pay about US$25 if i remember correctly, i transfered PVP server to PVP server once before and it cost US$25.
Wrath of the lich king is coming out soon! Better start playing PVP! hah.
