Can I buy World of Warcraft and install it on both my computers?

I am about to go buy the game and the expansion “Burning Crusade” and then later, possibly Wrath of the Lich King. If I go get it, can I install and play on both my computers?

You can install it on as many computers as you want, but only 1 computer can be online.

yes, but to prevent big lags, you gotta do it seperately not at the same time.

I’m sure you can, as long as you’ve got the hardware.
P.S. My suggestion is to not play the game, but that’s just my opinion

you can install it to both however to have 2 active accounts you would need multiple copies of the games, otherwise you can install it on both computers and login to your same single account. but for 2 ppl to play wow on 2 different computers in the same house at the same time you need another copy of the game unless they have an existing account already.

you dont need to install the game agian because It will not let you. Once you instal it on one, set up your account. After you have done that go on to the World of warcraft and click the trial version (on the other computer) and once all is installed click update to aloready account and there you go it will be installed on both. ( I did this)

You can install to as many computers as you want ,but you may only play with one at a time, unless you have two accounts, and just a tip, i’d recommend that you only install it to one at a time to make the process faster, because when i installed Burning Crusade like 5 months ago it took around a day to download all the patches and now since theres been a couple more patches it should take somewhere around 15 hours for each computer.

I just did this a few days ago, I have World of Warcraft installed on my laptop and my desktop, you do not have to buy the game twice.

You can install and play on both computers but you can only play online with them one at a time. You need two separate cd keys if you want to play at the same time, as well as two accounts.

The simple answer is Yes.
When you buy any part of WoW (World of Warcraft) it will come with a game key, much like any other game.
If I recall corectly this is not even used in the installation, hence you can install the game on as many computers as you wish.
The key is used for your account.
You apply this to your account by going onto the world of warcraft website (or woweurope depending on which version of the game you use [meaning US or European]). It is an option in the account management area, although there will probably be links to it from the main page. This area of the site is also where you can manage your subscription, be it game cards or credit payment etc.
Once you have made/upgraded your account to a version of the game, you can play it on any computer using that account, however you can only play on one computer at a time.
For example, I have WoW installed on both my desktop and my laptop, so that I can play on either depending on the circumstances, I can play on my account or any for that matter on either of them providing the account is upto the same expansion installed and has paid game time on it. However I couldn’t open WoW on both using the same account at the same time.
Sorry if that’s a bit windy, hope it helps

You can install on both computers, but in order for both computers to be played at the same time, you need to but, and keep a second account running.

yes I believe you can, when I got my copy a few years ago it came with different codes to give to friends that may want to install it from the same disk set.
