The problem seems to be that you need to extract(unzip) your addons directly into the World of Warcraft/Addons folder instead of copying them in there. I had the exact same problem as you, and I followed the exact same steps. The problem seems to be that you need to extract(unzip) your addons directly into the World of Warcraft/Addons folder instead of copying them in there.

Most the time you don't have to unzip them. I personally prefer Curse.com for addons. And you just download and move them to your wow addons folder and they should work.
