So i would say hit 70 and AoE or grind mobs that give lots of money/cloth or drops items that are high in demand or people will buy. I suggest water primals in Skettis or Fire primals in shadowmoon valley, they sell 18-30g on my realm, the key is hitting 70 first!! I bought Derrik's guide and I make over 3500 gold per day. He claims you can make more, but I guess I'm just too lazy. I suppose your only other options is to grind and complete quests.
